She was friendly, responsive, and made sure she was present for all important milestones from the initial tour through closing. She has lots of great knowledge of the triangle area and was able to help us determine a fair asking price. She has strong negotiation skills and advocated for us well. Working with Dana was, in a word, astounding.

As we began preparing to sell our house, we lined up more than a couple of realtor interviews back-to-back. Dana was our last for the day, and as soon as she walked in we could tell her energy and focus were in a league above. She was personable and relaxed, with a demeanor that immediately put us at ease, and the materials she presented indicated a complete mastery of her profession. We gave her a tour, but she had clearly done a fair amount of research beforehand. Once we sat down to discuss specifics she presented a clear path forward, explaining to us what we could expect, the things we would need to update, and how she would contribute to the process. As she was leaving, she hadn't even made it to her car before we'd decided she was the one. We couldn't be happier with our choice: she promised a lot, and wow, did she deliver. She had people ready to help with the work that needed done before listing, and ensured that the place was spotless when it went on the market. Always available by phone, we felt like she was truly invested in the process. She answered all of our (many) questions patiently, explaining things as needed to make sure we felt confident in our decisions. We moved out of town before the listing went up, and she had us sign as many documents as we could to make the remote selling process easier. She was up front during negotiations, and we were very glad she was on our side. In the end, we walked away from the whole ordeal wishing we could sell more houses just for the chance to work with her again.
